What is ThoughtCloud HQ?

A community platform to post ideas, run polls, join Spaces, fund projects, and track impact from seeding through delivery.

How do I create an account?

Choose Sign Up from any page, confirm your email, and set your city in Settings so local feeds and polls match your area.

What are the three phases?

Phase 1 Seeding gathers sparks and feedback. Phase 2 Watering builds the team and evidence. Phase 3 Harvesting opens funding and delivery milestones.

What is the Idea Vault?

Sensitive details can stay in the vault until you choose to reveal them to collaborators or supporters.

What are TC Credits?

Credits power boosts, polls, and community features. You can earn them through quality contributions or purchase them in Settings.

How does Fund Ideas work?

Phase 3 ideas can receive community support with clear goals, milestones, and escrow-style tracking shown on each project card.

How do I change my city or language?

Open Settings from your profile menu. Update your city for local discovery and pick your preferred interface language.

How do I delete my account?

In Settings, use Delete Account and confirm. This action is permanent and removes your profile from public directories.

How does the Pledge system work?

Pledging lets you show financial or volunteer support for an idea before it reaches Phase 3. Pledges are recorded as intent — no money is charged until the idea advances to Phase 3 and launches a real Stripe funding campaign.

What is the Legacy Room?

The Legacy Room showcases ideas that completed all 3 phases and became real-world projects. You can browse by city, volunteer to help ongoing projects, or Replant an idea in your own community.

How do I earn TC Credits?

You earn TC Credits by being active on the platform — voting on ideas (+5), leaving comments (+10), daily login (+2), submitting accepted suggestions, completing challenges, and more.

What is a Cultivator?

Cultivators are independent experts and professionals who offer their skills to idea holders. They can apply to Help Wanted roles, submit suggestions, and get paid in cash or TC Credits for their contributions.

How does team pool sharing work?

When an idea advances to Phase 2, the idea holder sets a Helpers Pool percentage (minimum 1%) from the Phase 3 funding. Contributors earn points through suggestions, accepted improvements, bounties, and Help Wanted roles. When funding completes, the pool is distributed based on each contributor's point weight.
