Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.
Payment Data. Payment data is processed by Stripe.
Social Media Login Data. If you register with social logins, we may receive profile details from those providers.
Information automatically collected. We may automatically collect log and usage data, device data, and location data.

13. TC CREDITS & VIRTUAL CURRENCY

 TC credits are a virtual currency used within ThoughtCloud HQ. They have no real-world cash value and are non-refundable.

14. SEED DATA DISCLOSURE

 During beta periods, demonstration content may appear to showcase product features and does not represent real user data.

15. VAULT & IP PROTECTION

 Idea submissions are timestamped and recorded as originality evidence during account life and for 7 years after deletion.

16. COMMUNITY FUND

 1% of all phase 3 funded projects is automatically directed to a community-chosen charity and is non-refundable.

17. AGE GATES

 Users must be 16+ to access the platform. Users must be 18+ to purchase TC credits or participate in phase 3 funding.

18. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?

 Yes. We may update this notice to reflect legal and operational changes. The latest revision date appears at the top.
