Cultivators — The Builders Behind the Ideas
Verified experts who bring real-world credentials to community ideas — from Phase 1 discussion through Phase 2 tagged Suggestions and structured reviews
What Cultivators Do
- Cultivators are verified domain experts — designers, lawyers, engineers, scientists, doctors, and more — who list their expertise on their profile
- In Phase 1 (Seeding), they vote, flag Needs Work, and comment like every other member
- In Phase 2 (Watering), Spaces can request Cultivators to review refinements; formal invites earn the Cultivator TC Credits for completed reviews
- In Phase 2 they can post expert Suggestions marked with a Cultivator badge; posting a suggestion costs 15 TC Credits for Cultivators
- Applying to Help Wanted roles costs 100 TC Credits standard, 250 TC Credits for priority placement, and submitting bounty work costs 10 TC Credits
- Unlike freelance platforms, Cultivators are co-builders — they earn from the Helpers Pool based on their contribution quality, giving them real stake in the idea's success.

Your Spark is Always Protected
Every contribution follows a transparent escrow flow designed to protect Sparks and hold project creators accountable.
Step 1— You Spark this Idea
Your funds are collected securely through Stripe and held in ThoughtCloud HQ escrow — never sent directly to the creator.
Step 2— Held in Escrow
Funds stay locked until the creator submits verified proof of milestone completion. The community votes to approve each milestone.
Step 3— Released on Milestone
Only after community verification are funds released — 30% upfront, 40% at Milestone 1, 30% at Milestone 2. Failed projects refund all Sparks.
